Kilmany's Artisans, Creatives and Crafters
A place of art, craft and artisan creativity, the picturesque little village of Kilmany is home to a number of cottage industry creatives:
Cecilia, The Jam Lady
Using local produce wherever possible, the jams, marmalades, conserves, jellies and chutneys that Cecilia makes are known throughout Fife, and rightly so because they are truly delicious! Cecilia uses recycled glass jars to support the green environment, and also to keep costs and prices down. Every year, Cecilia donates 50% of all proceeds from the sales of her produce to charities, which have included The Smile Train and Hounds for Heroes.
Cecilia's produce and price list is seasonal, so some items might not be available all the time, however she can provide guests of Garden Cottage with a produce/price list on request via her email address:

Alison Cage
Alison is a local artist whose studio is in the village of Kilmany. Aliboo
In addition to a wide selection of sewn items including tablet beanbags, masks, cushions and her French Linen range, Ali makes an extensive range of skincare products, balms, wax melts and candles, bath bombs, deodorants, soaps, scented candles, pampering lotions for our four-legged friends, and more - all environmentally friendly products, which, when perfumed, are done so with essential oils. These beautifully presented and packaged products are made from carefully selected sustainable ingredients to ensure that what you put on your body is natural and compatible with your skin.

Boo Boo
Brian specialises in wood turning, he makes traditional toys such as spinning tops and wooden-headed "gonks"; he also makes beautiful plates, platters, cheese boards and strikingly crafted wood and resin bowls.
Like Aliboo, BooBoo sells his products via www.tobysmagicaljourney.org.uk through which he too makes a %age donation to the children's cancer charity. Again, free delivery is offered locally, but purchases can also be posted to guests' home address if preferred.

Kilmany Country Crafts
Sonia of Kilmany Crafts specialises in decoupaged stones, bottles and planters as well as wreaths for all seasons constructed from a range of materials including feathers, fabrics and deco mesh.
